Our three-tiered training program is standard for each project we complete to ensure the successful implementation of your GIS mapping program. Our highly trained staff of GIS professionals will provide all necessary training.

Technical Support Plan:

Midland GIS Solutions has developed a customizable Technical Support Program to fit the needs of our valued clients. Our level of support in each option remains the same and clients can enjoy the additional features of our newly developed Live Remote Assistance Application. Some features of the Technical Support Program are described below:

  • Gain access to our newly developed Live Remote Assistance Application.
  • Obtain a recorded movie of your technical support session(s) for your review.
  • Receive computer to computer file transfers for software updates and patches.
  • Allow up to eight (8) technical support sessions to run simultaneously on your network.
  • Receive remote assistance from Midland GIS to run computer diagnostics on your GIS computer(s).
  • Provide feedback after each technical support session.

GIS Training & Events:

Midland GIS Solutions offers a variety of training and educational opportunities for clients that include free webinars, product demonstrations and educational conferences. These conferences include a two-day Midland GIS Solutions Annual GIS Users’ Conference and our Municipal GIS Conferences to fit the training and educational needs of county, municipal and utility clients.
