Midland GIS Solutions is excited to welcome Chad Sparks to the Business Development team.  Chad brings over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater utilities as well as environmental services across the Midwest.  Previously the Account Manager for HydroKlean, Inc., Chad provided services and support to municipalities and industrial clients in a wide variety of maintenance and rehabilitation offerings including CCTV, CIPP, Manhole Rehab, Hydro-Excavation and Pipeline Inspection and Evaluation.

As the Midland GIS brand continues to successfully grow and expand regionally, Chad’s addition to the Midland team supports continued efforts in providing the very best utility GIS services to our valued clients.  “Chad brings a wealth of knowledge within the utility industry. Working out of Midland’s Des Moines area office, Chad will manage business development efforts in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.  Additionally, he will work with Erin Allen, from Midland’s business development team, in managing the state of Iowa for the company.
